Which Witch is Which...
{me and my little Milly dressed as witches for preschool}

Preschool Group... oh so cute:)

our first time at FriGhTMaReS...

there was some really cute little kids trick-or-treating things

Trick-or-Treating with the neighborhood kids on Halloween~

And, well, we got as far as the first house, when...
RAIN! Rain, rain, Rain.

Oh, and Dorothy was NOT happy. It was cold. It was wet. Rylee was sad.
So, we went trick-or-treating, which was crazy, crowded, and quite a let down.
This Halloween was beginning to look like a flop.

but then, shortly to follow, a beautiful Rainbow. And how fitting.

Somewhere Over the Rainbow!!!

We decided to go see Grandpa Corey (freaky-beetlejuice) and his haunted spook ally. It was QUITE the display! The presentation. The fire. The live Tarantula. And the great treats which awaited those who made it through!

And we ended this eventful night with the Ralph cousins...

Oh, what fun:-)

Happy Halloween!!!

Milly's B-day Party 10/24

Our little shortcake is turning 3!!!

Amelia had come up with a pretty specific plan for her Strawberry Shortcake party! (Inspired by the small 2inch strawberry she received in her stocking at Christmas last year that she has loved to carry around ever since we rented the Strawberry Shortcake movie)

Here is the fun, simple, perfect little party Milly planned:

She invited a select few party guests, and was not about to back down from it! Her invites included: Mom, Dad, Rylee & Boone our dog, Grandma & Grandpa's & cousin Eliza... and a last minute decision to invite her buddy Gabe too:)

And of course Boone even got his own invite, party hat, and a party favor!

Milly chose all her most favorite treats to make as favors:

Gumballs,

& Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Mmmm.... Milly LOVES chocolate covered strawberries!!!

And then a few other fun treats, favors, etc:

Rylee & I had fun making sweet place setting for our Berry Special Guests:

& Milly asked Grandma Lolly to make her Strawberry cake!
She requested pink cake with white frosting on the inside, and white polka-dots on the outside:)

And of course, Grandma did exactly that!

She even made Milly her very own mini strawberry cake:

And let the PARTY begin...

starting with a sweet little game,
then on to cake & ice cream:

Oh boy, she sure loved the attention on her... we did this part about 10 times over!

Daddy's little SWEETy:

Then, on to PRESENTS:

She was just in heaven over all the strawberry shortcake toys she got!

We all had a BERRY FUN TIME!!!

After all her guest had come and gone, she had hours of fun with all her strawberries... putting them to bed, bathing them, and even blow-drying their hair so the could ALL go to bed with her that night:)

Happy Birthday, Sweet little Amelia!!! You planned such a fun party, and we can't believe you are three years old :-)
