Down on grandpa's Farm...

Grandpa Ralph's beautiful Farm

Okay, so here is a GREAT example of my girls' two different personalities... Rylee loved being out on the farm & thought it was fun riding the fourwheelers & watching the cows, but was over it after a while. She couldn't wait to get back to the house to put on her new white dress from "Old Lady". Amelia, on the other hand, was in her own world. She was runnin' around in the dirt & tripping over COW PIES- thinking all the nasty, stinky poop was just the greatest thing:) She would not go back inside & just wanted to stay in the truck with the cows!

First things first... Roundin' Up the Cows:

Then time to snag 'em & tag 'em:
Rylee's a little nervous, & grandpa's tryin to help her get her hands dirty!

Rylee thinks the cow's crying is a little too loud, & Milly learned that cow's don't really say "moo", it's more of a "Uuuhhghhh", grunting sound!

Lastly, it's off to the dry Farm:

(milly looks like she's praying in fields)

ZOO fieldtrip!

We went to the Zoo with our Playschool group...
May 7th

I wish I could explain Amelia's awesome reaction to all the animals the first hour we were there. She would look at those animals & get SO excited that they were alive & moving! I thought she was going to wave her little hand off:) She was so amazed, all she could do was wave, & say: "hello! hi monkey's, hello!" Then look back at me & point to the animals she was seeing to make sure I was seeing what she was seeing... SO Cute!

This is the new thing...
a germ free petting Zoo? with glass walls:)

The WilD & CrAZy, LONG Train Ride:

HAPPY EASTER!

OuR GirLs,
EasTeR 2009:

we LoVe easter DRESSES!

EASTER MORNING:
Yay, the Easter Bunny found our house! And he even knew that Rylee loves the movie Annie, "the old one". And, of course, some candy for Amelia!

Dying Eggs for the Easter Bunny:

BEST IDEA EVER!!!
What better place to dye eggs, than in the bathtub? No easier clean up!

Easter Egg Hunt @ Grandpa Corey's:

Rylee was pretty dang good at spotting all the eggs, and helping her baby sister find eggs too!

Little Milly was busy finding anything to add to her basket, however, she had a hard time not stopping after every treat to open & eat it!

Cousin Avery:
