Rylee's Lovely Graduation Speech:

We had a fun year with friends doing our own little Play School! Rylee is turning into ONE SMART LITTLE COOKIE!!!

happy fathers day daddy!

This is a little something special Rylee & Milly have been working on for weeks, to give to Daddy for fathers day:

Great job girly's:)
We sure do love our Daddy!
He's "OUR BESTEST DADDY EVER!"

(a direct Rylee qoute)

This song really rings true for both Rylee & Amelia. The best time of the day is when Daddy comes home. Rylee say's the things she loves to do most with her daddy are: Play soccer with him, Go on special treat runs, have him push her & Milly on the swings, go to football games, and she likes when he goes to her dance classes... There are so many fun things to do with Dad!

We were lucky enough to spend our Fathers Day like this:

LAst dAy Of DaNcE

Thank you, Mrs. Erica, for your patience with all these 2 & 3 year olds all year long!
This is the cute "pretty little dancer" plaque she made Rylee:

FRIENDS:

Daddy got to come see his little princess at her last day of dance. Rylee was SO so excited that he was there to watch her. She was gitty the whole time, & kept running up to him to see how proud he was:)

Great job little dancer... we love you, & look forward to all the years we have ahead of us to watch you perform!

memorial day

Time to remember our dear ol' Brother Brett...

Thank you everyone who left wonderful things at his grave sight. It was fun to go see how beautiful it looked, and who had visited! It's so great to know he's still so loved.

We all sat around Brett's "Pad", & had a little picnic...
It's still crazy to think that he's really gone, for good:(

Early that morning, Amelia & I went with my Dad up to Tremonton to visit his parents' grave. We had a good time taking a walk down memory lane & visiting all the old spots where he grew up. You'd never guess that he was raised in such a tiny town as a farm boy...

Down on grandpa's Farm...

Grandpa Ralph's beautiful Farm

Okay, so here is a GREAT example of my girls' two different personalities... Rylee loved being out on the farm & thought it was fun riding the fourwheelers & watching the cows, but was over it after a while. She couldn't wait to get back to the house to put on her new white dress from "Old Lady". Amelia, on the other hand, was in her own world. She was runnin' around in the dirt & tripping over COW PIES- thinking all the nasty, stinky poop was just the greatest thing:) She would not go back inside & just wanted to stay in the truck with the cows!

First things first... Roundin' Up the Cows:

Then time to snag 'em & tag 'em:
Rylee's a little nervous, & grandpa's tryin to help her get her hands dirty!

Rylee thinks the cow's crying is a little too loud, & Milly learned that cow's don't really say "moo", it's more of a "Uuuhhghhh", grunting sound!

Lastly, it's off to the dry Farm:

(milly looks like she's praying in fields)
